Banana, apple smoothie

Ingredients

Banana 1/2
Apple Peeled and chopped 1
Dates 2
Raisins 2
Flax seeds 1 teaspoon
Almonds 10
Milk/ Almond milk 1 cup



Blend all the ingredients except milk. Add milk slowly and blend it till smooth. Serve chilled!
